How many COOL FORM treatments will I need?

How long are the COOL FORM treatments?
The COOL FORM treatments last about 40 minutes for each treatment area. During this time, you will receive a 2-minute massage and 35 minutes of controlled cooling.
Is there downtime?
COOL FORM has little to no downtime. After the treatment, you may experience some side effects including redness, tingling or mild bruising in the treatment area which will go away. You can return to work and normal activities immediately after their treatment.
