How do I book an appointment?
Booking your appointment with us is easy. You can either call us directly at 833-739-3119 between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday or 10am and 3pm on Saturdays. You can also complete the booking form on our website and a Jack Nathan MedSpa representative will reach out to you directly.
What are your hours of operation?
Our clinic hours vary by location, please visit our contact page for individual clinic hours. If you wish to contact us to schedule an appointment you can reach us anytime between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday or 10am and 3pm on Saturdays.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We prefer that you schedule your appointment in advance as many procedures require a physician consult. If you wish to purchase products you may drop into any clinic location during opening hours.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Since every treatment is different, you will receive instructions on how to prepare prior to your appointment.
What if I still have questions prior to my appointment date?
There will be time prior to the start of your treatment for our cosmetic doctor or qualified esthetician to answer any questions you may have. We also invite you to contact us directly at (833) 739-3119 with any immediate concerns that you would like us to address.
What if I am unable to keep my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify us immediately at (833) 739-3119. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance as well as no-shows could be subject to cancellation fees up to the full amount due.

How much do your treatments cost?

What forms of payment does Jack Nathan MedSpa accept?
We currently accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards and extended health care benefits (when applicable). Kindly note that none of the treatments we currently offer are covered by OHIP.
Do you offer medical financing?
We understand that some elective procedures are expensive and most are not covered by insurance, that’s why we partnered with Credit Medical to offer our patients’ financing options that are easy and affordable.
