What is an IV Treatment?

Intravenous therapy (abbreviated as IV therapy) is a medical technique that delivers fluids, medications and nutrition directly into a person’s bloodstream through their veins.

When it comes to optimizing health in wellness settings we use vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to rapidly aid cellular healing.

• The bags pre-mixed in a sterile Drug Preparation Premises (DPP) compounding facility in Laminar Air Flow Hoods, within a sterile buffer room, compounded by trained and qualified pharmaceutical professionals. This ensures the IV bag remains sterile and virtually eliminates the risk of contamination that could occur when mixing on site.
• They are prepared using only commercially sterile, Health Canada approved, GMP ingredients that have been sourced sustainably from leading pharmaceutical companies and have a DIN number. We use only vegan ingredients and never test on animals.
• The formulations have been assessed for stability to ensure the solution contains at least 90% (the scientific threshold) of the amount of the ingredients on the label. Stability testing also ensures a long shelf life and guarantees these items remain intact at the time of treatment. Stability is verified for 90 days when frozen.
• Because everything is pre-loaded into each IV bag, the risk of the medication errors such as mixing the wrong ingredients or the wrong dosage which can be harmful or even lethal for some clients have been minimized.
• Each IV bag is packaged in extremely high-quality, medical-grade plastic that does not contain PVC, so you can ensure none of the plastic is leaking into the fluid or bloodstream.
• The IV solutions are formulated to be pH balanced (Isotonic): the same concentration of solutes(substances) as blood in order to minimize veins and red blood cell damage.
• Electrolyte concentrations and bag volumes are carefully chosen in order to reduce adverse effects such as fluid retention or increased urination. Specifically, sodium and chloride are minimized where possible to help reduce fluid retention post-treatment.
• Formulations are designed to provide the critical elements such as electrolytes, vitamins, minerals and substances which are key building blocks to good health. The scientific literature is utilized using primary references from high-quality, peer reviewed journals as the basis for choosing the items in our formulations.
• Each bag is 500ml, a volume that provides hydration and maximum amounts if active ingredients, but at the same time is very convenient because it can be dripped between 35 to 45 mints. (For High C that bag is 250ml so it can be dripped in 25 to 30 minutes)
